Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to book your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.
Deposits are non-refundable. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% service fee.
No-shows will also be charged 100% and will not be able to book future appointments.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a cancellation/no-show and the 100% fee will apply.
To keep the suite comfortable, no extra guests are allowed in the service area, but guests are welcome to wait in the lobby.
